Pam R. Miller

Pam Miller is a licensed, clinical, professional counselor and is board certified with the National Counselors Association. She has more than 15 years of experience working with couples, adults, teens and adolescents. She has advanced training and experience in the treatment of trauma in children and adults. Pam travels throughout Illinois for Chicago State University training mental health clinicians and child welfare professionals on the biological, psychological and behavioral impacts of trauma on the developing child as well as intergenerationally. Miller is a certified psychophysiologist. Pam utilizes biofeedback, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and CBT. She focuses her clinical work in the areas of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and PTSD. Miller is an approved Associate Sex Offender Treatment Provider with the Sex Offender Management Board in Illinois.
Lisa M. Rankin
LCPC, NCC, SOMB
Lisa Rankin is a licensed, clinical, professional and nationally certified counselor with over 15 years of experience. Ms Rankin is a certified psychophysiologist and holds certifications in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy). Lisa is an experienced crisis clinician. She has been instrumental in working with law enforcement agencies during high risk situations. Rankin is a veteran of the Army National Guard serving as a specialist from 1994-2000.
Rankin is also an approved and certified Sex Offender Treatment Provider and Evaluator with the Sex Offender Management Board in Illinois for both adults and juveniles.
Heather Lee is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor, with a Master of Science degree in Counseling with a Specialization in School Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. Heather will primarily be working with children ranging from 3 years of age to teens and adolescents. Along with child therapy, she plans to work with adults and families as well. She uses her skills to help family members build a functional, supportive family unit. Heather has worked with client issues involving depression, anxiety, trauma, behavior issues, suicidal ideations, sexual abuse in children, anger disorders, and grief and loss. She has also worked in group therapy settings. Heather uses a holistic mental health approach to provide a safe, warm, and therapeutic environment that allows her cleints to become the best version of themselves in the social/emotional, mental and physical health domains. Heather is new to the Neuro Harmony team and is accepting new clients. She joined our clinical team 12/21/2016.
Dennis Pearson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor, with a Master of Science degree in Counseling with a Specialization in Clinical Mental Health. He has worked with clientele ranging from young children to older adults. He has experience working with a myriad of mental health issues including: trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-harm, anger management, domestic violence, grief and loss, psychotic disorders, suicidal ideation and substance abuse disorders. He uses a variety of approaches to help his clients, depending on their individual needs. He provides his clients with a warm, nonjudgmental, safe environment to explore the issues that may be preventing them from living the life they want. Dennis is new with Neuro Harmony, LLC and is accepting new clients. He joined our clinical team 10/10/2016.
Cat Miller is a Licensed, Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor, with a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. She has joined the clinical team of Neuro Harmony, LLC. She will be working primarily with children as young as 3 years old using play therapy techniques or with adolescents and teens.She will also work with adults and families. She has worked with clients dealing with behavior issues, anger, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, disruptive mood dysregulation disorder, non-suicidal self-harm, suicidal ideations, sexual abuse, and children with adjustment disorders, going through a divorce or other trauma.
