Standard Rate
We will bill your insurance (e.g., Medicaid, Medicare, BCBS, Cigna, Health Alliance, Aetna, etc.) for the 50-minute session. You will be responsible for any deductible, coinsurance or copay as determined by your insurance.
Payment
We accept cash, check, PayPal, HSA accounts or all major credit cards.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited, case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelled or no call, no show appointments are billed $75 when there is less than 12 hours' notice of cancellation or absence. We appreciate your cooperation.
